Quilt is aprox. 45 x 45 inches

 

This workshop requires 1 full day and 1 half day to help you complete the quilt.

 

• The full day class covers Foundation Paper Piecing the Blocks.
• The time between classes allows you to complete as many blocks as possible to be ready for putting the quilt together.
• The Half day covers putting the blocks together to finish the quilt.

 

DATES

Class 1:  Saturday 30th September 2023
Time:   10am to 4pm  

And

Class 2: Saturday 21st October 2023

Time: 2.30pm to 5.30pm

Foundation Papers are provided and included in workshop price.

Fabric and supplies are  additional.

 

All additional requirements along with Fabric requirements and pre-cutting instructions are provided after booking as a digital download.

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund will be provided if this class does not run due to insufficient numbers.
• Cancellations made before 9th September will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• There are no refunds for cancellations made after 9th September 2023

Equipment and Tools Required for Workshop

•  Sewing machine
• Open Toe Foot or Regular sewing/Clear foot for class 1
•  ¼ inch Foot for Class 2
• Sewing Needles 70/10
• 12 inch Add a Quarter Ruler
• 12 x 4 strip of Template Plastic
• Fabric Glue Stick
• Sewing thread for piecing that matches your background colour
• Finger Pressing Tool
• Small Cutting Mat - not bigger than 12 x 18 inches
• Rotary Cutter
• Best Press
• Zip Lock Bags to store all the cut pieces

 

Fabric Selection

You will need to select 15cm of 6 different shades of 6 Fabrics colours.  A total of 15cm of 36 fabrics.
